… Our goal at Gold Rush Fine Jewelry is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen. During the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your jewelry, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make a return for replacement or exchange, your request will be quickly and courteously processed and your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover the handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, we will refund the original purchase price less $35 to cover the handling, shipping, and restocking fees occured. … Once we receive your returned item and we have accepted it, your refund or new item will be processed within 3 business days. Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Any returned item showing signs of wear, has been resized by a jeweler other than Gold Rush Fine Jewelry, has been altered or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns without a Gold Rush Fine Jewelry return authorization code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.How To Prepare A Return Item:
To return a jewelry item to Gold Rush Fine Jewelry, you will need to follow our simple four step process:
1. Return Authorization Code.
Call our customer service department at: 907-456-4991 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RA#). Print the Return Authorization Form. Write this return authorization code on the outside of the box and on the return authorization form.
2. Package Your Return.
… Include all of the original packaging, the Return Authorization Form and any collateral material that came with your piece of jewelry. If your jewelry piece was delivered to you with a diamond certificate and that diamond certificate is not returned to Gold Rush Fine Jewelry, you could be liable for the $250 diamond certificate replacement cost.
3. Insure Your Package
The invoice you received with your jewelry piece will have your purchase price listed on it.♦If the purchase price of the jewelry piece you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier, just be sure that you ship your jewelry fully insured, packaged properly, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Gold Rush Fine Jewelry.
♦If the purchase price of the jewelry piece you're returning is listed as:
Between $500 and $25,000: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Gold Rush Fine Jewelry. (UPS® and FedEx® will not insure jewelry items over $500)
♦If the purchase price of the jewelry piece you're returning is listed as:
More than $25,000: It will require special arrangements and you will need to contact Gold Rush Fine Jewelry to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
