Bank Wire:Bankwires are electronic funds transfers that debit your account and credit the account that you designate through your bank or your credit union account, upon your authorization.
Fine Jewelry Purchases
A bank wire can be used to pay for your fine jewelry purchases of $750 or more. If you are paying for your order via bankwire, you may place your order over the telephone or through email, and we will forward our banking information to your financial institution via email or fax, at the time you place your order. You may also place your order in person.
After you decide on the jewelry piece you want to purchase, simply call us at: 907-456-4991, or email us at: gldrsh@gci.net and one of our customer service agents will provide you with the necessary account information to successfully transfer funds from your account into a Gold Rush Fine Jewelry account.
Bank Wires usually take 2 business days:
A bank wire may take the bank up to two business days to process, so Gold Rush Fine Jewelry will keep your order on hold for those two business days. Once your bank has transferred the funds and the bank notifies us, your fine jewelry purchase is processed. An email will be sent to you confirming that the funds have been transferred and your order is being processed.
Call us with your questions:
If you have any questions about the steps involved in a bank wire transfer, contact your bank, call our customer service at: 907-456-4991, or email: gldrsh@gci.net and we will walk you through the steps.
Note:
Some financial institutions charge a fee for using a bank wire.
An ACH transfer is not the same as a bank wire transfer. Gold Rush Fine Jewelry does not accept ACH transfers at this time. |
